This policy explains how OC Home Staging LLC, doing business as May Home Design (“we”), handles information collected through mayhomedesign.com. We only collect what we need to answer your request and run our staging business, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your role (for example, listing agent or homeowner), the property address, property details such as size and occupancy, your target listing date and anything you write in the message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a staging quote, schedule a walkthrough, provide our services, keep records of our work and improve our website. We may use automated tools, including AI, to help organize requests and draft replies; a person on our team reviews what we send you.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own confidentiality and security terms: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), our customer management system (StageCore), our content system (Sanity), and email and calendar tools we use to communicate with you. If you choose to pay at closing, you apply directly with Notable, whose own privacy policy applies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Photos of homes we stage
We publish photos of homes we have staged in our portfolio. We never publish the street address or the owner’s name. If you would like photos of a property removed, email us and we will take them down.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. To make a request, email info@mayhomedesign.com or call (844) 233-3003. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.
Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer records is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for adults buying and selling homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
