About Lake Forest
Lake Forest was known as El Toro until it incorporated in 1991. It's named for the two man-made lakes and eucalyptus groves at its center, and the city now stretches up into the foothill communities of Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills, near Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park.
It's a practical, family-friendly market with single-family homes around the lakes, newer planned neighborhoods and plenty of condos and townhomes. It draws buyers who want South County schools and easy access to the 5 and the toll roads.

Our approach
How we stage for Lake Forest buyers
We stage Lake Forest homes to feel fresh and functional, emphasizing storage, flow and the everyday rooms buyers care about most: the family room, kitchen and primary suite.
Condos and townhomes in Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills compete with many similar units, so we stage to stand out in listing photos with a clear style, good lighting and scaled furniture.
