About Aliso Viejo
Aliso Viejo is one of Orange County's newest cities. It was planned in the 1980s and incorporated in 2001. It borders Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park, and its neighborhoods were built around parks, trails and a compact town center.
Much of the housing is condos, townhomes and single-family homes from the 1980s through the 2000s, often in communities with their own HOA amenities. Buyers are frequently young families and first-time buyers moving up from renting.

Our approach
How we stage for Aliso Viejo buyers
We stage Aliso Viejo homes for how young households actually live: a family room that works, a dining area that seats everyone, a home office and a kid's room that looks fun but tidy.
In townhomes, we pay special attention to the main floor flow and the primary suite, the two things buyers compare most between similar units in the same community.

Is staging worth it for a townhome in Aliso Viejo?
In communities with many similar units for sale, staging is often what sets a listing apart. It helps buyers remember your home and see why it's the better choice.
Can you work around HOA rules for moving furniture in?
Yes. We plan the install around HOA access rules, parking and elevator or gate schedules.
